The nature of this path
The Internal Arts Practitioner Path is a year-long immersive training that guides you through:
Â
foundational internal arts practice
embodied movement, stillness, and Qi cultivation
grounded teaching skills and language
aligned pathways to share and (eventually) earn from your art
Â
Who this Training is for
This training is for you if you want:
â A clear daily practice that sustains you
â Embodied understanding of Qi, alignment, movement, and Spirit
â Confidence in teaching foundational internal arts
â A grounded, human-centered path to sharing your work
â A supportive long-term container for integration
Â
Who this path may not be suited for
This training is likely not a good fit if:
â You want short, superficial techniques
â You want instant results without consistent practice
â You are not ready to engage with your own body, energetics and mental dynamics
â You want a shortcut to mastery
Responsibility & practice
This path invites personal responsibility, held within a supportive and guided structure.
You are not expected to practice perfectly or intensely. The work is designed to fit into everyday life, and over time youâll learn how to apply it naturally within your own rhythm and circumstances, to organically transform your energetics and life.
What is asked is an honest and consistent relationship to practice and openness to the process.Â
Internal Arts unfold through time ( timelessness ), continuity, and the choices you make about where to place your attention and care.
No one can walk the path for you, but you are accompanied as you learn how to walk it yourself.

Iâm Catharina.
My work is rooted in internal arts, subtle movement, and lived coherence.
I guide people back into a direct relationship with their own energy, to meet life more clearly and steadily from the inside.
My background includes years of full-time training in the Wudang tradition in China. Over time, this training has evolved into a distilled, embodied approach that integrates the 3 treasures of life, structure, movement-energetics and spirit as one continuous practice.
The work I offer emphasizes harmonisation, sensitivity, and resilience. It supports the development of an inner foundation that is stable enough to hold complexity, and subtle enough to inform clear, grounded decisions.
This work doesnât ask you to become someone special.
It invites you to return to the preciousness and worth that is already inherent - and to live from there with more coherence and discernment.
